Swift Synthesis
Boosting Productivity in Chemical Synthesis
Swift Synthesis helps organisations modernise their synthesis workflows through expert consulting and training in parallel, automated and high throughput chemistry.
We help you optimise your chemistry workflows through technical expertise, tailored training and our extensive experience in high throughput and automated medicinal chemistry.
Our Services
Parallel Synthesis Consulting
Equipment Selection & Setup
We help you identify the right tools for your science: Reactors, liquid handling systems, automation platforms, and analytical workflows, and support you through specification, procurement, and setup.
Training
We provide online and in-house training for chemists at all experience levels. We teach the fundamentals of ‘parallel thinking’ when applied to focused libraries or multi step start-to-finish workflows. Get any lab chemist up and running quickly using your existing equipment. Workflow Optimisation
About Us
Swift Synthesis is led by Dr Suki Klair, a medicinal chemist with over 30 years’ proven success in designing and synthesising small and large molecules as therapeutics and diagnostics.
Suki has co-authored over 20 patents and publications and has extensive experience in optimising hit to lead workflows through manual and parallel synthesis and has built fully automated synthesis platforms incorporating traditional and microwave chemistry, liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase extraction and purification.
We specialise in helping organisations understand, adopt, and optimise parallel and high throughput chemistry, both manual and automated. These powerful approaches shorten development cycles, expand chemical space, and improve decision making.
Our training courses de-mystify parallel synthesis and enable scientists to rapidly adopt high throughput practices.
Our mission is to make advanced synthesis accessible, practical, and productive for teams of all sizes.
Who we support
We collaborate with start‑ups, biotechs, CROs, pharma, academic groups, and established R&D organisations. Every engagement is tailored. No generic solutions and no unnecessary complexity!
